Chantal Plourde
After completing her undergraduate and graduate studies in Social Services at Université Laval, Chantal Plourde earned her Ph.D. in Criminology at the Université de Montréal and went on to pursue her postdoctoral studies at McGill University. She is currently a professor in the Department of Psychoeducation at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and has been the department head since 2010. She is a researcher at the International Centre for Comparative Criminology (ICCC) and a researcher and co-director at the Group for Research and Intervention on Psychoactive Substances of Quebec (RISQ).
